Diana Chávez Reza, left, and Nora Chávez Reza visited New York for chocolate production training, and later, once they received the system, began remote training over the internet which included maintenance, printing and Photoshop.
Diana and Nora are opening their shop in the historic and architecturally famous Fuentes del Pedregal in México, where architect Luis Barragan built some of the first modernist homes fusing architecture and landscape in the 1940s. Diana and Nora are talented art and portrait photographers and will be applying their skills to creating hip urban portraits on chocolate.
